Healing Phoenix Arts is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting burn and trauma survivors through creative healing experiences, workshops, and community-centered programming.

4. Access Bars® and Healing Services Disclaimer

Access Bars® sessions and other healing-centered activities offered through Healing Phoenix Arts are complementary wellness experiences intended to support relaxation and emotional well-being.

These services:

  • Are not medical treatments

  • Do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical or mental health conditions

  • Should not replace professional medical advice or treatment
     

Participants should consult qualified healthcare providers regarding medical concerns.

5. Workshop Registrations and Cancellations

Workshop registration may require completion of forms, waivers, or additional participant information.

 

Healing Phoenix Arts reserves the right to:

  • Adjust schedules or workshop formats

  • Reschedule or cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances

  • Limit participation based on program capacity or safety concerns
     

If a workshop must be canceled by Healing Phoenix Arts, participants will be contacted regarding rescheduling or available alternatives.

6. Donations and Sponsorships

Healing Phoenix Arts is a recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

Donations, sponsorships, and contributions:

  • Support programs, workshops, supplies, scholarships, outreach, and operational needs

  • May be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law

  • Are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by law
     

Sponsors and donors agree that Healing Phoenix Arts maintains discretion regarding allocation of funds based on program needs.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, workshop materials, text, graphics, images, logos, and program concepts are the property of Healing Phoenix Arts unless otherwise stated.
 

Content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, or distributed without prior written permission.

 

8. Photography and Media

Workshops or events may include photography or video documentation for educational, promotional, or nonprofit purposes.

Healing Phoenix Arts will seek consent where appropriate. Participants may request not to be photographed or recorded during events.
