Restorative Massage Staci Louise Smith
Staci is a Licensed Massage Therapist. Her approach to massage is slow and deliberate. Created to work with your nervous system as well as your muscles, and ease them into a relaxed state. Using flow while addressing problem areas makes the massage effective and relaxing at the same time.

Access Bars® Energy Healing Christopher Gage
Christopher is a Certified Access Bar Practitioner. By lightly touching 32 specific points (“bars”) on your head, Christopher will help you let go of mental and emotional clutter. These 32 points are where we store all of our thoughts, decisions, attitudes, and beliefs. Benefits may include reduced anxiety and depression, less pain or physical tension, greater clarity and mental calm, improved sleep, and expanded creativity and focus.

Healing Art Mandala Workshop Holly Gage
Holly is an Art Therapy Practitioner who uses mandalas in art therapy to help reduce stress and anxiety, promote mindfulness, and facilitate emotional expression. They provide a safe space for individuals to explore their feelings and achieve a sense of balance and well-being.

Chakra Dance & Movement Kate Stufflet
Kate is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and your Chakra dance instructor. Chakra dance is a healing movement practice that combines dance with music specifically created to resonate with each of the seven chakras, promoting energy balance and self-connection. It involves free-flowing movements that help release stress and enhance emotional well-being. This is your time to embody your True Nature and allow the body to experience pure joy, bliss, release, calm, and connection.

Community Drumming Circle Mark Seaman
Since 1993, Mark has worked with over 750,000 people who have been delighted and mesmerized by his programs at nationally known social, corporate, and community agencies. The Drum Circle brings the drumming experience with a message of healing, wellness , connection, and celebration.

Support Group Discussions Christopher and Holly Gage
Christopher and Holly encourage open and honest discussion among members of an empathetic group which will allow survivors to feel more comfortable telling their stories and realizing personal growth they have achieved from their experience. Through group talk, participants will realize the value of having a network of supportive relationships, being open to accepting them, and learning how to seek them out.

Nourishing Gourmet Meals Christopher Gage
Chef Christopher will cater your retreat with his special brand of TLC in his meticulously prepared and locally sourced meals. Christopher has been cooking and hosting retreats with Holly for over 20 years, and guests are always ready to return for more.
Each offering is designed to help survivors reconnect with their bodies, process trauma, and rediscover a sense of empowerment, peace, and joy.

Located at Fox Creek Cabin - A pleasant, peaceful, relaxing “cabin in the woods” with modern amenities! A cozy and spacious log cabin nestled in a private 19-acre setting in Lancaster County, Pa. Wheelchair accessible.
Gourmet Breakfasts, Lunches, and Dinners Included. Plus Surprises.
Cost $800/per person
