Online Jewelry Workshop
Scheduled Activities
Our Online workshops are not like most, allowing us to create as well as chat with each other. We like to keep them light and enjoyable engaging all members of the workshop within a small intimate group.
The Online classes are live with Christopher and Holly Gage on the Go-To-Meeting platform. All that is needed
is a camera on the participants’ computer or phone.
1. We start off by sending the participant a box of tools and supplies.
2. Just prior to the class, they will receive an invitation to attend.
3. Classes can be attended in (4) 1 hour and 30 minute sessions over 6 weeks, or a (1) 6 hour session with a break for lunch.
4. Class starts with Peer Group Discussion with Christopher.
5. Introductory and Motivational discussion with Holly.
6. Throughout class, demonstrations and visuals will be shared.
7. We record the sessions for attendee’s future viewing. Any student uncomfortable with being recorded can turn off their camera.
8. When the attendee’s finish their project, they will mail back all the supplies as well as their completed project placed in the safe travel return box supplied. It will then be fired, finished, patinaed if desired and assembled with chain, etc. This will be performed by Holly in her studio. A finished piece of jewelry presented in a gift box will then be mailed to the attendee in 4 – 6 weeks.
